• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion

• Prices are subject to change without notice

2.2 Payment Terms

• Payment is required at the time of order placement
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and online payment methods
• All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
• No refunds for digital payments once order is confirmed

2.3 Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather or other circumstances
• Delivery charges apply as per our current rates
• Free delivery on orders above Rs. 500 within 5km radius
• Customer must be available at delivery address

3. Food Safety and Quality

3.1 Our Commitment

• We maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene
• All ingredients are fresh and sourced from reliable suppliers
• Food is prepared in clean, sanitized conditions
• We follow all local health department regulations

3.2 Customer Responsibility

• Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions
• Consume food within 2 hours of delivery for best quality
• Report any quality issues within 1 hour of delivery
• Store leftover food properly as per food safety guidelines

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement
• Once food preparation begins, orders cannot be cancelled
• Cancellation requests must be made via phone or email
• Cancellation confirmation will be provided

4.2 Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
• Refunds for quality issues are handled case by case
• Wrong orders will be replaced or refunded at our discretion
• Delivery charges are non-refundable unless error is on our part

5. User Accounts

5.1 Account Creation

• Users must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One account per person or business entity
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

5.2 Account Usage

• Accounts are for personal/business use only
• Do not share account credentials with others
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts for policy violations
